At C&B Brothers processing, we enjoy and are proud of what we have been able to accomplish over the past years. Our team does not outsource to any other process serving company and we enjoy getting to personally meet new people who would like to use our services. This personal contact creates a relationship of trust between our clientele and our team. We understand that most cases rely on us to have a service completed and back in your hands in very timely manner. Doing this not only allows for that relationship of trust to grow but also keeps our clients on schedule, which saves you and your clients both time and money.

Our promise to you is that when using our service, the first attempt will be made within 24 hours of receipt of the service. In several instances, we have been able to complete a service on the same day that it was picked up. If for some reason we are not able to reach a defendant or witness, we promise to make at least three other attempts at the address at varying times morning, day or night. Additionally, should we find that the Defendant or Witness is no longer residing or working at the address provided, we offer a broad search engine service to locate the most up to date address. With your permission, we will run the search. If we are able to locate a more recent address, we can immediately attempt to serve the Defendant or Witness at the updated address. As we are making these attempts, you will receive email updates from us to keep you in the loop until the service is completed.
